48 hour cancellation policy for appointments (not including training) - All appointments you wish to cancel or reschedule must be done at least 48hours before your booking. For those which aren't cancelled before this time a 50% appointment charge will be due. Any 'no shows' or same day cancellations will be charged full price as we will be unable to book in any other client at such short notice. Please note this will be applicable to all clients. Thank you
